No email confirmation received after sign up

It takes about five to ten minutes to get our email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder.

Also, your mail server might be set to block emails from @askendiet.com. Check the setting for the incoming mail server, and allow it to receive emails from @askendiet.com. Then sign up as a member again.
