If you are having issues logging in to our mobile (iOS/Android) app, please make sure you are:
Using the correct email address
Please check if you have entered your email address correctly in the app and that it is the same one you registered with Asken Diet. Please check again whether you have signed up as a member with a different email address, or there are no typos in the email address you typed in.
Entering the correct password
Type your password carefully. For security reasons, Asken Diet does not keep user passwords. You'll have to reset your password if you need to create a new one. Go to “Forgot password” in the app log in menu to reset your password.
Forgot your password?
Reset your password. Go to “Forgot password” in the log in menu. This will send an automated email to the address you have registered with Asken Diet with the new password. Use that newly generated password to log in and then go to the Settings > Profile > Password to replace that auto-generated password with a password of your choice.
