If you delete your account, all of your data will be erased from our system. If you decide to return to Asken Diet you won't be able to recover any data from the deleted account. You'll have to create a new account to resume using Asken Diet.
Please note that uninstalling the app or deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel your subscription. If you are subscribing to the Asken Premium, you have to actively cancel the subscription. You must process a request for cancellation of your renewal using the same platform on which you originally paid.
On iOS:
1) Open the Asken Diet app
2) Tap on your profile icon in the upper left of the Home screen
3) Tap "Accounts"
4) Tap "Manage account"
5) Tap "Delete account"
6) Select "Yes, I understand"
7) Tap the red "Delete my account" text and confirm.
On Android:
1) Tap the 3-lines icon in the upper left of the Home screen
2) Tap "Settings"
3) Tap "Delete account"
4) Select "Yes, I understand" checkbox
5) Tap the red "Delete my account" button and confirm.
