- Check in Google Play or Apple App store to see if there is a new update available for the Asken Diet app - if yes, download and install the update and try the app again.
- Check your device settings to see if there is a new update available for your Android or iOS operating system - if yes, please download and install the updated OS on your phone.
- If you are still experiencing problems, please uninstall the app from your phone and download and install the Asken Diet app again logging in with your same ID and password.
