We are aware that users who signed up for Asken Diet's mobile app (Android/iOS) using their Facebook log in details, are unable to connect to the Asken Diet app within the settings in the Fitbit mobile app. When trying to Log in and connect the Ionic/Versa app, the Facebook log in is successful but the status (at the top of the Fitbit-Asken app) still says "not authorized".
