How to cancel my free trial

We offer a free 7-day Premium trial to all new members. With the free trial, you can use the app fully and experience the benefits of being a Premium member. This trial period lasts for the first 7 days, and automatically ends after 7 days. 

On iOS, after the trial is over, the user's account automatically reverts to a Free member status (and there is no charge to the user for the Premium-trial period).

On Android, please note that uninstalling the app or deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel your subscription. You have to actively cancel the subscription.

Please check your subscription status and cancel in the app settings.
